By accessing or using NeetRank.ai ("the Platform"), operated by UTENIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Platform is intended for students preparing for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it when necessary. NeetRank.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform and its content (mock tests, PYQ questions, flashcards, analytics, AI features) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access Platform content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Share premium content, login credentials, or access links with non-paying users
• Screenshot, record, or redistribute test questions, answers, or explanations
• Use the Platform for any commercial tutoring, coaching, or resale purpose

Each account is issued exclusively to one individual. Sharing your credentials, selling access, or allowing simultaneous use across multiple devices or users is strictly prohibited.

We may monitor account activity — including login patterns, device fingerprints, and IP addresses — to detect unauthorized sharing, credential abuse, or coordinated misuse (including sharing via messaging platforms, coaching centres, or resale networks).

Accounts found engaging in suspicious usage patterns may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action where applicable.

Premium plans are offered on a fixed-duration basis (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months). Payments are processed securely via Cashfree.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You may repurchase any plan at any time after it expires. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable taxes.

In the event of a confirmed payment failure or double-charge, please contact us at support@neetrank.ai within 7 days. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

The Platform may allow you to upload documents, PDFs, or notes for use with AI-powered features ("NEET Library"). By uploading any document, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the right to upload and process it
• The document does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• The document does not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content

We do not claim ownership over your uploaded documents. Uploaded files are processed solely to provide you with AI-generated responses and are not shared with other users. We reserve the right to delete uploaded content at any time without notice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you upload complies with applicable copyright law. We are not liable for any claims arising from user-uploaded content.

NeetRank.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, flashcard content, summaries, recommendations, and study assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is produced automatically and may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Users are strongly advised to:

• Verify important academic information against authorised NCERT textbooks and official sources
• Not rely solely on AI-generated explanations for high-stakes exam preparation
• Report incorrect or misleading content to us at support@neetrank.ai

We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated output for any purpose.

NeetRank.ai is an educational preparation tool. We explicitly disclaim any guarantee of:

• NEET examination scores or rank improvements
• Selection or admission into any medical college or institution
• Specific All India Rank (AIR) predictions
• Academic outcomes of any kind

Mock test scores and rank predictions provided by the Platform are estimates based on available data and are for practice purposes only. Actual NEET results depend on many factors outside our control. Neither we nor any of our employees, agents, or partners shall be liable for any disappointment, loss, or damage arising from reliance on Platform predictions or content.

All content on NeetRank.ai — including questions, explanations, flashcard data, software, graphics, and AI outputs — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of the Platform.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any premium features will cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide a refund in cases of termination due to Terms violations.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support@neetrank.ai. Data deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results from mock tests accurately predict actual NEET scores
• AI-generated content is always accurate or complete
• All content is free from typographical or factual errors

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or exam failure — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
